The City of Thunder Bay wants public feedback as it updates an environmental assessment for the planned Northwest Arterial roadway.

The City of Thunder Bay invites homeowners to provide feedback on a proposed home energy improvement loan program that will guide how the City can support energy efficiency improvements and lower barriers in conducting home retrofits.
The Home Energy Improvement Loan Design Study involves an online survey, three in-person public engagement opportunities, and consultation with local financial institutions, utility providers, program administrators, and City staff.
